The Chef’s Table experience begins with pre-dinner drinks in The Oyster Bar, before a tour through the heart of The Oyster Box kitchens. Then, take your seat for a culinary journey, with Chef Joseph as your guide. The meal begins with champagne and an amuse bouche, as the chefs around you set to work creating a five-course feast that celebrates the signature dishes of The Oyster Box. The Chef’s Table is available for groups of 6-10 guests, from Monday to Sunday, for dinner only.
