Every day, at least 11 curries are served at The Oyster Box, featuring a variety of meat, fish and vegetarian options. Each dish is handcrafted by our chefs using fresh herbs and raw spices from local traders.
Highlights include the fragrant Singapore fish curry, fiery beef vindaloo, and the signature Durban lamb curry, alongside favourites like vegetable korma. Traditional tandoori ovens produce tandoori chicken and fresh naan, complemented by an array of homemade pickles, chutneys, raitas and papadums.
