During your visit…

Arrivals

Arriving late for your pre-booked treatment may require us to shorten your treatment time accordingly so that the next guest is not delayed. Please arrive at the Spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time, to allow sufficient time to check-in and change.

Should you wish to make use of the Spa facilities, please bring a swimsuit to enjoy our hydrotherapy area and arrive 45-minutes prior to your appointment time.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, please turn off your mobile phone on arrival at the spa.

Attire & fellow guests

The Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.

On arrival at the Spa we will provide you with spa attire, including disposable spa underwear. Alternatively, you may choose to wear your own. Our priority is that you feel relaxed and comfortable. During your treatment, our therapists will always use towel-draping techniques to respect your privacy.

We welcome younger guests for treatments at the Spa. However, please note that family members under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and are not permitted to use the plunge pools and general spa facilities.

Your health

Please communicate any health conditions – including high blood pressure, allergies, skin conditions and pregnancy – when making your spa appointment.

If you are under medical supervision or taking regular medication, please consult your medical professional before using the spa’s exercise equipment, hammam or hydro-facilities.

We offer a range of treatments created especially for expecting mothers. Please allow our therapists to guide you in selecting treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time.

It is advisable to drink plenty of water after your spa treatment to accelerate the elimination of toxins. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before, or directly after, spa treatments.

Pools: sunrise to sunset for hotel residents
Fitness centre: 24-hour access for hotel residents

Cancellations: The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
