Each course is perfectly paired to highlight the character and depth of these exceptional wines, named after Raka, the beloved fishing boat of proprietor Piet Dreyer. For over three decades, Piet’s passion for the southern seas guided his search for the finest catch, and today the Dreyer family channel that same dedication into crafting wines that celebrate the earth’s bounty.
