The estate’s vineyards benefit from cool sea breezes and gentle afternoon sun, creating the perfect conditions for slow-ripened grapes that give their wines exceptional depth and character. Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight these premium, cool-climate wines, creating an evening that’s both memorable and indulgent.
