Wine Wednesdays

Join us for an exclusive four-course wine dinner celebrating the exceptional wines of Jordan Wine Estate, crafted by Gary and Kathy Jordan in the heart of Stellenbosch. Since 1993, the Jordans have been producing world-class wines on their historic 164-hectare family farm, where winemaking heritage stretches back over 300 years.

Gary, a geologist, and Kathy, an economist, combine science and precision with passion and artistry. The estate was originally acquired in 1982 by Gary’s parents, Ted and Sheelagh Jordan, who undertook an extensive replanting programme, carefully selecting classic grape varieties to match the farm’s diverse soils and rolling slopes.

Each course of this specially curated dinner will be paired with wines that reflect the estate’s philosophy: “Unique by Nature’s Design.” Expect elegant pairings, expressive terroir-driven wines, and a dining experience that showcases the harmony between food, wine, and place.
